Electronics Engineer – Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) Designer
Key Responsibilities

Creates PCBA schematics and layouts

Responsible for taking new electronic board concepts through all aspects of the development cycle, resulting in a producible and innovative system

Knowledge and ability to develop and integrate new and advanced boards in complex systems
-
Ability to identify design flaws and malfunctioning electronics and fix them
-
Assists in the development of test equipment and procedures for manufacturing support
-
Ensures a seamless transition from prototype to a fully developed and manufactured system
-
Design to military standards
-
Engages in and actively volunteers for continuous improvement projects/tasks
-
Able to travel infrequently
Desired Skills
-
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required
-
10 years of recent, related experience in board design and integration
-
Experience with Altium, and other electronic design CAD software
-
Aptitude for detail with the ability to work in a team environment
-
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
-
Good communication (oral and written), and time management skills
-
Creative, self-motivated, and an independent thinker with a "can do" approach
-
Firearm and electro-optics experience is preferred
